Now that remote work is here to stay, being able to remain productive and collaborate with employees, clients, and customers becomes significant. With Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and familiar Office apps, like Word, PowerPoint, or Excel, people can create and collaborate on documents in real-time.
There will be no physical or logical boundaries to collaboration and working on files, independently or together. Using Teams Channels, your team will have access to files, notebooks, and apps, so everyone can share, access, and locate documents and other data with ease. Simultaneous editing (co-authoring) eliminates versioning problems that come from passing attachments via email. E-mail attachments are replaced with links to direct files within Teams Channels, all of which are hosted in SharePoint and OneDrive.
Sharing files securely with customers is also easy, directly from Office Apps or OneDrive, most importantly with no VPN or special network requirements.
Microsoft 365 also comes with business-class email and calendar, and since you already use Office 365, the solution is already in place. Microsoft 365 adds Exchange Online Archiving which initially receives 100 GB of storage in the archive mailbox per user reducing the need to worry about backups and long-term retention.
Whether we opt to use Nuvollo365’s native RMM solution or Microsoft 365 advanced device management features, we will be able to monitor and control what users can do with enrolled devices per your requirements. These features include conditional access (where/how users access from), Mobile Device Management (MDM), BitLocker Encryption, and automatic updates.
